One cent. Credits are spent only when PineLead actually does AI work: 10 to research a company, 2 to qualify it and 3 to draft an email.
Do I pay when a step fails?
No. If a research, qualification or draft call fails, its credits are refunded automatically.
What if a company was already researched?
Research is shared: once a company has been looked up, anyone who reaches it later uses that research at no cost. You only pay to qualify and draft for it.
Is the monthly plan cheaper?
No — it is the same $0.01 per credit. A monthly plan simply adds 1,000 credits per block on every renewal, so you don't have to top up by hand. Change the size or cancel any time; credits you already have stay.
Do credits expire?
No. Unused credits carry over from month to month, whichever way you bought them.
Does sending email cost credits?
No. Credits pay for AI steps only. Sending email is not metered.
