1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using PineLead's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to access and use PineLead's outreach services for personal or commercial purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- Modify or copy the materials
- Use the materials for any commercial purpose without proper attribution
- Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on PineLead's platform
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
- Transfer the materials to another person or mirror the materials on any other server
3. Service Description
PineLead finds prospective customers, researches each company's public website, judges it against criteria you write, and drafts a first email for you to review. You send the emails you approve from your own connected mailbox. Developers can also send transactional email through the PineLead Email API from a verified sending domain. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.
Research notes, qualification scores, and drafts are produced by AI from publicly available information. They can be incomplete or wrong. Unless you switch on auto-approve, PineLead never sends an email automatically; review each one before you send it. If you switch on auto-approve, the emails it sends on your behalf are yours, as if you had sent them yourself.
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and your API key
- All activities that occur under your account
- The content of the emails you send, and ensuring that your use of the service, including who you contact and how, complies with all applicable laws, such as anti-spam and data protection laws
- Honoring requests from the people you email to stop contacting them
- Using the Email API and verified sending domains only for transactional email; outreach to leads is sent from your own connected mailbox
- Complying with the terms of your mailbox provider when you connect a mailbox
5. Content Ownership
The emails you write and send, the drafts written for you, the instructions you give the agent, and the leads you add belong to you (subject to any rights retained by the people who wrote the replies you receive). You are responsible for how you use and share them. PineLead claims no ownership over them. Company information in the shared catalog is collected from public sources and does not belong to any one account.
6. Pricing
The AI steps are paid for with credits, and one credit costs $0.01. Researching a company costs 10 credits, qualifying it 2, and drafting an email 3. A step that fails is refunded, and research already done for a company is reused at no charge. New accounts receive 100 free credits. You can buy credit packs, a custom amount, or a monthly plan billed in blocks of 1,000 credits. Credits do not expire. Payments are processed by Stripe. Current prices are listed on our pricing page.
7. Disclaimer
The materials on PineLead's platform are provided on an 'as is' basis. PineLead makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
8. Limitations
In no event shall PineLead or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use PineLead's services.
9. Revisions and Errata
The materials appearing on PineLead's platform could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. PineLead does not warrant that any of the materials on its platform are accurate, complete, or current. PineLead may make changes to the materials at any time without notice.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
